Our mortgage advisors work remotely, in the evening and on weekends.

With Glow you will get warm, friendly mortgage advice – and if we can’t help you we will tell you.

When you send us a message online, our mortgage advisors will get a notification on their mobile phones or laptops, just like an SMS or app notification.

About Us

Tech led mortgage advice

We understand that getting a mortgage can sometimes be daunting, complex and time-consuming. Not with us, we make the whole process easier. We have designed our website to simply work on your phone, tablet or desktop.

You can submit your entire mortgage application online, supported by a live chat with our senior mortgages advisors. Securely upload your documents to us and track your mortgage application in real time, receiving regular updates along the way.

Secure Digital Application & Human Advisors

We use interactive online chat to support your online digital mortgage application but we are also available by mobile 8am-10pm.

You will notice that our website has a padlock in the browser bar. All online chat connections and document transfers are encrypted with a 256bit SSL protocol.

Glow is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS/SSL and our web app is built with Azure. We are FCA Authorised.

Who owns and manages Glow?

We were founded and built by our senior mortgage advisor Ben Olney. Ben has a passion for technology & business development and has been a qualified mortgage advisor for over 10 years.

Glow is well connected to a variety of mortgage clubs and industry consultants. Support and expertise is shared and exclusive mortgage products can be sourced, which means that you are in the best possible hands when it comes to placing your mortgage.
